STOP Procrastination!!!

Procrastination………..!!!! Are you aware of this term? Maybe Yes………. Or maybe No…………..

When we hang our tasks for tomorrow or for an undecided time that is known as procrastination. It is action of delaying or postponing something. Most people feel unsatisfied in their lives…….. one of the reasons is Procrastination too. When you keep on postponing the tasks which need to be done on its time, you delay and in the last, you feel nothing got completed and then feel frustrating and dissatisfied.

So now question is…………. how to deal with procrastination?

One of the ways for that is…… 5 SECONDS RULE.

It means to take quick action within 5 seconds when you feel like to do something. You know whenever we decide to do some task, our conscious mind works very logically . If we will not act immediately to accomplish that task, our mind somewhere somehow finds any reason or thousands of reasons I should say, to not to do that and the funny part is, most of the times these reasons sounds too logical to not to do that task at that moment 😂😂😂. So the best way is to take the immediate action within 5 SECONDS if you actually want to get it done.

I know you all must be thinking that its very less time of 5 seconds, but guys……TRUST ME…… if you actually want to achieve something better or magnificent, take these 5 seconds at least to……….. Getup……., Dust yourself……… and take a Leap of Start………. to keep going further. So if you are thinking for long to join a new career, go and try; if you want to switch your job, at least take initiatives and appear in some interviews; if you want to do something adventurous or out of your box, please GO and DO IT……. Don’t Think too much or procrastinate.

Keep this in your mind that once you will jump those 5 seconds of not putting any effort, you will most probably postpone your task once again which is known as…………. Procrastination. And this sometimes leads to delays in major decisions of your lives and later on you will regret it.

So the crux of the talk is …………….. 5 seconds rule is one of the methods to avoid procrastination and I believe after this shaking of your mind, you all will get up and complete your tasks, take new steps in your lives, careers and reach high.
